High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – otherwise known as “how to get the most from your workout in a short amount of time”
I’ll leave it to the King of HIIT (Joe Wicks aka The Body Coach) to explain (here), but I personally love doing these workouts as they allow me to totally work my muscles really hard, without having to spend an hour in the gym (that’s an hour I just don’t have).
This workout is an arms and back workout – I tried it last night and mann it worked me hard! For this workout, you will work really hard for 30 seconds, followed by a 30 second rest. Repeat the circuit 3 times:
- Shoulder taps
- Renegade rows
- Walkout push-ups
