If you follow me on Instagram or Snapchat, then you’ll know that I recently bought myself the MOST GORGEOUS KIT IN THE WORLD. And if you don’t, what have you been doing? Get your butt over there!

We decided to shoot the kit while we were in Brighton last weekend so we got up early and hit the beach.

The marble pattern on both is really gorgeous and it’s a really flattering cut thanks to the  long top and high waisted leggings – although I would have preferred an even higher waist on my leggings (I like them all the way up!).

The material is a part of their climacool® range – the material is really thin and sweat wicking, great for a sweaty working, but not for a windy morning at the beach! Also, as it’s thin material, it doesn’t pull you in as much as other fit clothes.

These products are also part of the adidas sustainable product program: Products are made in more sustainable ways to make the world a better place; Every fibre counts: Recycled polyester saves resources and decreases emissions

The top: the wide elastic hem is really comfortable, although it’s not a sports bra as I’d initially thought, just a top – there’s no support there! The top also has a ventilated back mesh panel – which is really pretty and helps keep you cool – although it does make choosing your outfit a bit more challenging than it needs to be as you want to find a sports bra that goes well with the outfit.

The leggings: the wide elastic waistband is really comfortable, although they don’t stay up as well as some of the other adidas leggings I’ve owned – so I won’t be running in these! There are ventilated mesh leg panels running up the inside of the leg, and the inner pocket in the waistband is really good for keeping your key / card in. I just wish the pattern ran around the back too!

When I wore the kit to the gym, the waistband rolled down and the hem of the top rolled up – definitely not what you want! I also had to continuously pull up the leggings as they wouldn’t stay put.

I think it’s a really beautiful kit, but I fear adidas might have prioritised look over functionality here. What are your thoughts?

Without meaning to sound unfashionable. I do find that that I see lots of posts from Women about nice looking kit and not yet seen one from a man.

Hello! I completely agree – I’m not sure why though. Is this something you’d like to see? Men’s kit reviews?
