If you don’t know Kayla Itsines, you’ve managed to steer well clear of the most popular fitness ebook of all time really well!

Kayla is the girl who first got me into health and fitness – I started her first eGuide, the Bikini Body Guide (BBG), back in 2014. Back then I had run a marathon before, so I wasn’t unfit, I just didn’t feel like I looked as fit as I felt – and wanted to do something about it. Enter Kayla. I discovered her on Instagram and saw a couple of the transformation results she posted from people using her guide and just had to get it.   1. Featured on SWEAT is a new version of Kayla (@kayla_itsines)’s popular BBG workout called ‘BBG Stronger’ – it’s still a 28-minute resistance program but this time it’s incorporating weights exercises that can be done at home or in the gym.
  2. Yoga teacher Sjana (@sjanaelise) has developed a 28-minute step-by-step yoga program, ‘Body and Mind’ that you can follow along at your own pace.
  3. And, last but not least, for the new mums out there, Kelsey (@mysweatlife) has put together a post-pregnancy program called ‘Strong Empowered Life through Fitness’ – with training including low-impact abdominal, pelvic floor and full-body workouts.
