With the days getting longer and warmer, it would be a shame to waste them! So I put together an outdoor high intensity interval training (HIIT – great for burning fat and toning muscle)  lower body workout.

All you’ll need is a bench and a resistance band (I got mine here and the whole set of 4 came to less than a tenner).

Do 30 seconds of each exercise and repeat the circuit 4 times. Perfect paired with a walk πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

  • Resistance band squats
  • Side step ups
  • Resistance band side leg kicks
  • Front step ups
  • Bench jumps

Other things you could do:

  • Squat jumps
  • Lunges with your back foot on the bench
  • Resistance band back leg kicks
  • Flute bridges on the bench (with or without resistance band)
