So I’m not going to promise that all your problems will disappear and you’ll never have any problems again, but this is my number 1 mindfulness tip to happiness that is free, easy to do and quick.
Dom and I started doing this a couple of months ago and it always helps us feel better, more grateful for what we have and generally happier.
Every evening, when you’re lying in bed – you’ve already gone through your social media apps and have turned the light out. Just breathe and think of 3 things that made you happy today. It could be that you did something good at school / work, it could be that you had a great chat with your mum, it could be that you had a great workout / went for a nice walk / petted a cute doggo. Literally anything.
You don’t have to write it down if you don’t want to. You just have to think it. That’s it.
